The Fountain

The Fountain Inn, which was originally known as The White Lion, is thought to date back to the 15th century. This grade 2 listed public house boasts an ancient Steelyard Weighbridge which was erected in the 17th century and is believed to be one of only two working examples in the Country.

This family welcoming Pub has two bars, an award winning beer garden (best smoking area in the region 2011; The Publican's Morning Advertiser), a large car-park, a pool room, dartboard, fruit machine, games machine, jukebox, barbecue and a spacious conservatory.

The Fountain makes for an ideal venue for celebrating birthdays, weddings, christenings, formal corporate functions or simply for socializing with your friends.
